New Feature: Meal Premiums

We understand how chaotic farming can be and how this can result in employees not taking their breaks when required.  We have made it easier to pay Rest Break Premiums, Meal Premiums, and Split Shift Premiums to your farm's employees when needed.

Premium pay for California's farms

FieldClock has had the ability to pay additional amounts at the employer's discretion, but now we make it even easier to pay the exact amounts you need.  Premium pay can be paid manually when the day's pay is approved, or automatically if certain thresholds are met (e.g. breaks weren't recorded or didn't take place in the right timeframes).
