ASHLEY

Hi, everybody. Thank you for joining me today. My name is Ashley Reese and I'm an account executive here at FieldClock. I've been with the company for just about two years, and I really enjoy getting to know each and every one of the farmers that I work with. Prior to working at FieldClock, I was actually growing apples and peaches in new Jersey.

And just like many of you, I was facing a lot of challenges when it came to timekeeping, but I'll get into that a little bit later. I just wanted to introduce myself. And just so you have some context of who you're working with and where we're going today, over the next few minutes, I'm going to just give you a brief overview of FieldClock, who we are, what we do, how we do it, and then I'll take you into the back end and just kind of give you a little bit more context of how to capture your employees time and what that looks like on your end.

So let's kick things off field. Clark was created by farmers for farmers, and I'm really proud to say that we're still owned and operated by the same individuals that that kick this off in 2015. And what I mean by created by farmers for farmers is we've created a user experience for your employees that's so easy that anyone can use it.

It doesn't matter whether they're technically inclined or not, whether they speak English or Spanish. We've made a system that's really easy for them, which means it's going to be a lot easier for you. So as I mentioned, we kick things off in 2015. We started off with a farmer and his wife going out into the field at 430 in the morning, as many of you do, clocking their employees in and then handing out little piece of paper as they were trying to record piecework.

So over the next two years we worked. We worked hand in hand. We also started bringing in some of the community and other farmers just to really test things out and see if FieldClock was a solution for other people. And it turns out it was. So in 2017, we actually formally created FieldClock, and we have just grown since then.

I'd love to just call out two things on our timeline, and I'm very proud of both of them. We actually partnered with payroll. We partnered with ADP. So not only does FieldClock offer payroll, and we'll work with yours if you really like your payroll system. But we also have payroll powered by ATP right in our system. And it's a really great user friendly experience.

And I'll elaborate on that again in a little while. The second thing I'd like to point out is our connection to Farm Bureau. It's very near and dear to my heart. I've been on I've been in new Jersey Farm Bureau member for a long period of time, and I'm proud that we are a partner with, I believe it's 1213 states now and more to follow.

So FieldClock, as I mentioned, was started by farmer out in Pacific Northwest. And although we really hung out in Washington, Oregon, California for a while, we started to pull this across the country because FieldClock is a really, really flexible timekeeping and payroll system that works with farms of all shapes and sizes so we can work with a mom and pop farm with two employees all the way to an enterprise level company that has thousands of employees and really complex needs.

The favorite part of my job, really, is working with each and every one of you to find out where are your where are your challenges and how can FieldClock help streamline those those pain points for you to make your day a little bit easier?

So I'll take you back to where I was calculating time cards for my employees. I had about 85 employees during the season. So what I mean by that is we were exclusively pick your own. And from I would say mid July through the end of October, we had about 125,000 customers come through the farm. I also had 85 temp seasonal employees.

I would also handwrite their time cards that I would run their payroll weekly, so every week I'd have to gather their time cards, I'd have to calculate them. And as many of you know, a lot of times their time cards aren't filled out completely. So on Friday, if they forget to fill it out, you assume they're working till 430, but you don't really know, and maybe they don't answer their text fast enough for you to be able to get your payroll in.

So everybody gets paid on time. So a lot of us are guesstimate, and it's most always on the employee side because you don't really want to make a mistake or have to make any corrections or owe them any more money. So a lot of times we'll over inflate their hours. The other thing is rounding and and things like that.

Your employee clocks in at 747 and they clock out at 517. You know, it's it's not the easiest thing in the world. And there's a lot of rounding that happens. And again, it's usually in the employees favor. Now you have everything. You have their time cards figured out and you're running payroll. What do you do with that information?

A lot of you are putting this information on to Excel spreadsheets. From there, you're putting it into your payroll system and then you're relying on, you know, these numbers that were guesstimate on now to file your taxes. So what we like to say here is the cost of pen and paper is is compounding right. So if you can streamline the clock in clock out process, everything you do after that is going to be easier.

It's going to be more accurate and it's going to be compliant. And that's really how Field Cloud got started. We wanted to make a really, really easy way for employees to clock in and clock out record production in a way that fits your unique operation, because all of your employees may not show up to one location in the morning and leave from that exact location at night.

They may start out in the field. You may have multiple employees that are starting out in various places. So we've created a number of options for you to utilize and whatever feels best for you and your team. All of these pieces are included, so I'll go through them in a second, but that's a really important distinction. We have all of these tools in place for you to use, and we're not going to piecemeal them.

It's included and it's just finding out what works best. So with our mobile app and with all of our apps, we actually work offline. So what that means is if you're in a rural area and you don't have cell or reception, that Wi-Fi connectivity, we will continue to capture and record that time and production. However, if you have cell reception, great, you're actually going to be able to see that real time reporting right away.

Also, our apps are available in English and Spanish, so if your phone is naturally in Spanish or app will automatically translate. So this mobile app can be used in a number of ways. You can be used by an owner of the farm. It can be used by a supervisor. You can see high level where all of your people are and what they're doing.

It can also be used by crew, boss or supervisor to clock people in and out throughout the day. It can also be used to record that production. Lastly, it can be used by an individual. So with our settings they can actually clock themselves in and out. And that information again is going to come right back to you. Now if you do have a location where you have people coming to each day.

So a packing shed, a warehouse, a shop, a garage, you can utilize our kiosk app. The kiosk app is a simple way for your people to clock in and clock out at that stationary location. Now all this information, like I said, is going to come back to you on your admin site. And what I really like is just like our our our apps for your employees.

Our admin site is also really, really user friendly. It's intuitive. We get a lot of positive feedback from people who really are hesitant with tech and using a system like this. The icons we use the language you use is very simple. Anyone can use it and I'm really proud of that. The last piece that we have is our proprietary employee portal.

So a lot of you who are due to handling piecework, or you just want to have that transparency between yourself and your employee with our employee portal, they'll be able to use their cell phone to go to my field. Com my. Yep. I believe that there might be a dot in there somewhere, so please excuse me. I'm sure Nico can send a link in the chat.

However, they can log in with their cell phone number and they'll be able to see all of their activity. So the the hours they worked, the bins they produce, boxes, you name it, everything is right there for them to be able to see. And again, the goal in mind of, you know, if you account for five bins today and they said, hey, look, I did six.

Great. Let's catch that before you go run payroll.

All right. So now that you understand our system a little bit, the goal really is to streamline that pen and paper process and make things easier. So by having your people clock in and clock out in an easy way, you're going to have that real time data. So you're going to be able to see how many bins you've been able to pull out.

For those of you who maybe are filling up boxes and having to ship them to a local market, or, you know, you're just waiting for the truck, and a lot of times your truck drivers are sitting around and they're waiting. Now you can actually see how fast your crew is moving, how many bins, boxes, you name it, they're producing per hour.

So this way you're going to have more of a heads up of, hey, look, the truck should probably arrive here at 3:00 instead of 4:00, and you can get it there a little bit sooner. It also allows you to be able to see on a high level, you know, where your employee labor hours are spent. So if you're deciding on saying, hey, look, you know, maybe I'm going to extend my orchard or maybe I want to cut back a little bit, it's going to really give you that competitive edge so that you can make better business decisions and in fact, based decisions just on what you guys are doing well, and we're going to be

able to help with that. Now, again, having your people clock in and clock out, it's going to make payroll a lot easier because our system is going to do all of the gymnastics that are difficult to do. So minimum wage calculations, piecework, all of those things we're going to create and handle for you so that this way you can simply review, edit and approve those hours and then pay your people.

Now again, with accuracy, you're going to have more accurate taxes. You're going to stay in compliant. And I'll touch on compliance a little bit later. But I really do like the ability to go into our system at any time and retrieve your information. It's yours. We want you to have access to it. We want you to access it whenever you need it.

And I'll get it back to that in a little bit. Now, I really do like this quote by Blaine. I've had the opportunity to talk to him a number of times, but his quote really hit home for me because like many of you, I was wearing a lot of hats on my farm. I was handling sales, HR, payroll, I was out pruning, I was handling pesticide application records, all of those things.

And I spent so much time in the office where I could have been out in the field farming or, you know, I could have actually been spending more time with my family during peak season. So instead of staying in the office until 1030 at night, could have got home a lot sooner. So just like his bookkeepers, we want you to be able to reduce the amount of time that you're in the office and be able to spend it where you need to.

Actionable data. I hit on this a little bit earlier, but you're going to you're going to see this when I take you into the back end. By providing you with real time information recording, you're going to be able to have access, quick access to understand, you know, my crew how what was their production this week? We're we're thinning.

We're thinning. How how long is this going to take the crew to do. How how much is that going to cost? Even with looking at overtime now, you may not be able to prevent overtime because when the work needs to be done, it needs to be done. But at least you can give yourself a heads up when you need to have that money available to go in the bank so that you can pull it for payroll.

And FieldClock is going to be able to to give you that information that you need right away. So not necessarily at the end of the day, the week for the year. It's real time data, actionable and accessible whenever you need it.

Labor law compliance and with farm labor contractors. So when it comes to compliance, you're going to have the real real time timestamps. And this is incredibly important for those of you who are utilizing H-2a, you're going to know exactly when your employees clock in. When they clock out, you're going to be able to record their breaks. All of that information is stored and easily accessible.

One of the things that we're hearing is that when you have wage an hour or an inspector come out to the farm, you want to make sure that you can give them exactly what they need and give it to them quickly. So many of you are probably using time cards like I was, and when we had inspections or inspectors come out, I would have to dig into totes labeled 2014 2013 and then try to find this single time card.

And I don't know about you, but that makes me really nervous. And when I'm nervous, I can't find things quickly. So now you're able to log into field, you can simply go back to 2014. If you're using FieldClock then and be able to pull up April 4th and show them exactly what they need. Not only are you able to show it to them, you can say, would you like me to print this out for you?

Would you like me to send this to you to an email box? You're going to be able to give them exactly what they need and give it to them quickly.

FieldClock payroll. So just to be completely clear, we will work with whatever payroll system you are currently working with. However, if you don't like the system you're working with, and you want the system that is more focused on agriculture, then then this is something to investigate a little bit further. So within Field Club we offer payroll powered by ADP.

So we are partnering with a powerhouse of a payroll company. But we're also giving it that agricultural feel and spin. And it's also that personal touch that I'm sure many of you are missing. I don't know you about you, but the last time I had to call a major company, I get someone different every time I have to call.

Not only that, a lot of them don't really understand me. They don't understand my unique needs. And. And it's really disappointing when your payroll system really doesn't understand your 943. So what I like about this is that we have the power behind ADP, but you also get to work with us one on one. So when you have a problem with payroll, you're going to call FieldClock.

And we're going to be able to troubleshoot that with you. And if we can't give you the answer you need right away, we are going to use our direct channel to contact ADP and get that answer for you. And what I love about FieldClock is that every time our customers ask us a question, we're able to record that information so that this way, the next time someone has that question, we have an answer for them right away.

So we get to not only build our database of information that's helpful, but also build our relationships with you too, because you're going to know who exactly we are every time you call us.

Hi. This is just a little bit more about payroll powered by. But the one thing that I will mention to you is if you are paying piecework and if you are using QuickBooks, I will tell you this. It's you're going to have a better user experience using FieldClock Payroll powered by ADP, right? In-house. So definitely contact me afterwards and ask me a little bit more about that.

But I think I can save you a lot of headaches with it.

All right. So that is all I have for the PowerPoint presentation. So bear with me one second as I pull up the rest of the demo for you. And Nico can certainly share my contact information in the chat box as well. If you'd like to contact me one on one for specific questions later.

All right. Okay, so as promised, I'm going to give you a little bit of a demo. And today what I'm going to do is just show you a little bit more of a complex use of our mobile app. So I'm going to demonstrate piecework. But the one thing I'd like for you to keep in mind is that we can create a system that is as simple as you need something similar to riding a bike, or if you need more complexity, we can certainly give you that.

And again, now this is a demo. So I'm using different tasks and jobs that I've created. But we are going to work with you to be able to create an account that is going to reflect all of your block names, all of your specific tasks, things like that. All right. So what I'm going to do now is create a quick piecework job.

So this is my cell phone.

And today I'm going to choose to work in our asparagus block. Actually I chose melons. I'd like to do asparagus today.

Fantastic. All right. And now again flexible system so you can pay your employees hourly piecework a combination of the two. You can bounce back and forth between hourly jobs. Piecework jobs. We're going to give you the flexibility to do that. But today we're going to be doing some piecework. We are going to be picking bundles of asparagus. All right.

And here we go. So once I click done this is also me working as a crew boss. The next thing I'm going to do is my my staff is going to be meeting me out in the field. So I'm going to go down to the bottom here where it says employees and I'm going to start clocking everyone in.

Now, I don't know if you all can see me, but you'll be able to see it on my screen momentarily. But if you're doing piecework, I highly recommend using our employee badges. These are not something that you have to buy a printer for. You can start off small, print them, laminate them, tape them, you name it. But if you're doing piecework, this is going to be a life saver for you.

So I'm clicking on employees and I'm going to go ahead and I'm going to clock everyone in. So I'm not sure if you can hear this, but my phone is is beeping, it's buzzing and my screen is flashing red. And I like this because a lot of times when we're out in the field, there may be a lot of machinery around, so I may not be able to hear my screen here, my phone, but I could certainly feel it vibrating.

And I can see my screen flashing red, which also gives myself and my employees the confidence that they've effectively been clocked in. So now you can see I have four active employees, and from here I'm going to start recording their piecework. So when I'm ready to do that I'm going to click on tickets.

All right.

Now, I'm not sure if any of you are using preprinted tickets or Bluetooth printers, but we can certainly work with both of those. You can technically associate an employee to a preprinted ticket, so that this way you can look at that traceability down the line. All right. Perfect. So now that we've created a job and we've started creating piecework here, I'm going to move my people because one of the things that we can do here, FieldClock, is we make it really easy for you to move your employees around.

So you get that the accuracy of that block level reporting. So I'm going to go ahead, go to jobs and I'm going to move all of my people to a new job. So let's say we're going to go from block one to block two. We're still picking. Now we're going to do melons. Great. But what I love is that we can move all of the employees over at once.

So that means when I click this button, everyone's going to be clocked out of their old job of picking asparagus and into picking felons. And then from here again, I can pick up piecework immediately.

ASHLEY

Perfect. Okay, just to call out here, you can clock everyone out at any time. And also you can take breaks. So whatever your brakes are, whether they're rest breaks, lunch breaks, 15 minutes, 30 minutes, paid unpaid, we create easy templates so that this way your crew, boss or supervisor can easily just click that button and apply a break to everyone.

And then I really like this view too, because like I mentioned earlier, not only supervisors, but owners can see exactly what's going on at in their operation at any time. So if you're an operator that maybe works off farm, but you still want to be able to see what's happening, great. You can have the app on your phone and you can see what's going on.

All right, Nico, how are we doing?

Any big questions or concerns yet?

NICO

We are doing well. I saw a hand raised by Madeline, but I didn't see a question in the panel. So, Madeline, if you do have a question. Feel free and shoot it in chat or Q&A, and we're happy to answer it for you.

ASHLEY

Okay. All right. Fantastic. All right, so now we are back in the main main admin site. So every time your employees create a job or working in a job, you're going to be able to see that on your end and you're going to be able to simply review, make edits and then go from there. So I actually came up with a piecework job earlier just so that I can show you what this looks like.

So as you can see, I've had a few employees clock in today. I can actually see the exact time that they clocked in. I could see the time they clocked out. I can see the breaks that they took. And what I really like is it's actually showing me their piecework in a visual cadence. So I can see that Brad is really consistent with his cadence, and maybe Abdul is moving a little bit too fast.

So which is the right one? What's the appropriate amount of time for picking strawberries out in the field? And that's where we help you identify what how fast should they be picking so that you can optimize your quality. And like I mentioned earlier, it's very easy to make changes. So I have everyone's hours here. I can simply adjust and employees start time or end time.

I can adjust everyone's start time or end time or let's say someone for a clock in. I can absolutely add them in and adjust their time accordingly. Same thing with breaks. If for some reason they didn't apply a break, it's very easy for you to add a break for your team members.

ASHLEY

Now, like I mentioned earlier, we will we will work with any payroll system that you have. And what that means is your employees are going to clock in and clock out each day. And when you're ready to go pay them, you will grab whatever section of time. So whether you pay weekly, biweekly doesn't matter. You're going to grab that section of time.

And we're going to create an export file for you for your existing payroll system. If you are interested in payroll powered by ADP, this is where we would ultimately grab that period of time. And all that information would auto populate right here so that you can pay your people in one place. Now, for those of you who are working or you using an accounting software, so maybe QuickBooks for accounting, you're able to take this information and utilize it for your general ledgers as well.

ASHLEY

Now I'm going to take you back into our report. So now that you've captured all of this information, you're able to pay your people. What are you able to do with this information? And what I like, if we made it really easy to run really complicated reports. So with a click of a button, you can come in here and you can visually see over time you can see an employee work summary.

You can actually see labor cost by field. I'll show you the overtime because I think it's interesting. Now again remember this is a demo account, but I can visually see where my people are at any given point during the week. Okay. Now we're also offering a report builder, which I really do like a lot.

So within this report builder we have come up with really custom reports. So I actually came up Brad and I came up with one earlier today. So we created a custom report that shows me hours worked after 32 hours. So let me pull you into this real quick so you can see what I'm talking about. So I have a list of all of my employees.

And when I click into this report, whether it's Monday or Friday doesn't matter. It's going to give me the total total hours that they've worked up until that point. And also what I like about this as well is now you can schedule this report to come to your email or your employees email. And what's great is, well, is that we don't have to send the report if there's nothing to tell them.

But as soon as your employee works 32 hours, we'll send them an email to give them a heads up. This way you can really start to control that cost if at all possible. You can also have the report sent to your bookkeeper as well. Again, now they're able to forecast what your labor expense is going to be. So this way, they make sure that they're able to put aside the appropriate amount of money to run payroll that week.

Because we're collecting all of this information, we're going to give you a number of reports right here at your fingertips. So I'll just do picking for instance. So just by typing picking into the search field now I can quickly look and see I'm picking cost by block or picking cost by branch.

So I have a few far. I have a few ranches in my demo account. So now I know I know how many acres I have. I know what the payouts are really comprehensive reports with just a click of a button. And just like these, we're able to build our own reports as well. So ultimately we're going to decide what information you want to collect, how you want this to look, and then schedule it so that this way you're giving this information to the right people at the right time.

And this is a good time. I think that to talk about our support team. So we're here for you. We're here for you to help build these reports. And if it's something where you're unsure about, we want to be able to walk you through this and teach you how to do it. Our support also is there all US based, and they're also bilingual as well.

So one of the things that I always tell my customers is that, you know, if you're going to give our mobile app to one of your employees, make sure that you're also giving our support line contact to them as well, because a lot of times, maybe there's something simple like a filter or, you know, there's been an update of some sort for iOS in general and things are acting a little bit weird.

So instead of them stopping what they're doing, calling you, you calling us and say, hey, I can help you with that, can you just pull up your settings? And you go, oh my God, now they can call us and we can say, hey, can you open up your settings? Great. We work through that problem with them in real time and get them off and running.

All right. That's the basic of everything. Nico, do we have any questions or anything like that?

NICO

We do actually a few different questions. Let's see. I'll start. I'll just go on order as they came in. So Jasmine is asking. She says, I saw a map on a previous screen in your admin site there. So do you actually show where the farmers are located in real time? Yeah, I think it was that one.

Yes. So let me explain how we have things set up, and then I'll show you what it looks like as your people are clocking in and out. So part of part of the magic of Field Cloud is building the account with you. So how many how many contiguous parcels of land do you have? So how many ranches or farms you have?

We're going to geofence that location. And then we can break that location down by block as well. Now in each of your location we can specify what you're growing, what varieties you're growing. We can create tasks that are specific to that location because you may not do packing. You may not be doing field packing. That may happen in a pack house.

So I wouldn't want to overload your staff with too many options when they don't apply to where they are and what they're doing. So yes, we the opening screen here was showing a map of the of the ranch that I was working in today. I've outlined my property and I have my blocks written out. Now, we're not following your employees around each and every day, but every time they interact with the system.

So whether they clock in, they clock out, they record production. There's going to be a joke in. So I created Picking Melons earlier with you. So in this setting I can simply go to map. And oh, now I actually have my block over here. But this is currently where I'm sitting, which is why a geo pindi here. Now again, another flexibility or interesting piece.

If you have employees that are working a little bit more independently, and maybe you question whether they're actually on the farm when they say they on their farm one you can see where they are when they clock in. So you can see if they're at Wawa or the convenience store. Right. Or maybe it's maybe it's an actual problem now that you've identified and they keep doing it, you can actually utilize a setting or location mode setting so that you can prevent your employees from plugging in until they're physically on the premises.

Thank you so much for that question, and I hope that answered it.

NICO

No, I love that setting. The next one here, Dominic is asking when you mentioned piecework, he's asking can fill clock, track piecework, piece rate and hourly wages at the same time?

ASHLEY

Absolutely. Yes, we can clock piecework and hourly wages. So just to clarify, you can have multiple jobs happening at once. You can also have one employee who does piecework and then will work an hourly position. So FieldClock is set up that we are going to capture your employee the entirety of your employees day and whatever your maybe contractual obligations are, or however you're paying them, or even piecework break pay all those complicated things.

We can capture the entirety of it and put it together for you to run payroll. Now, if you're. I believe that that was what you were asking. But yes, the flex you can have the flexibility of jumping from a piecework job to an hourly job. I can have a crew working in one location, doing piecework and in another location doing hourly, and I can access all of those jobs and move my people around accordingly.

NICO

Awesome. This one is a bit related. This Michaela was asking, can I set up different pay rates for different tasks or blocks, and is there a limit on those?

ASHLEY

Great question. Absolutely. There's no limit on the number of there's no number on the on the number of I guess.

Items you would need to accomplish the tasks that are going on on your farm. So this is taking us in the back end a little bit. But I like this too, because it's going to show you how customizable FieldClock is. So one, you're able to capture the varieties, two, you can capture your tasks. And then what I like to is we can create pay templates.

So oftentimes let's say the first time your employees go through a section, you call the first pick and you pay a specific amount for first pick. Right. You can have that set up so that this way they're automatically going to apply that pay rate. Maybe the next time they go in a second pick or whatever you're calling it is a different pay rate.

So yes, we can create pay templates essentially that you can apply that are specific to the location that are specific to the variety. So whatever your nuances are we can certainly handle that internally. So this way again we're going to do those really complicated gymnastics for you.

NICO

Awesome. Final question here from Northern Farm Market. They're asking does this software offer the ability to track total field yields. For example my employees pick hourly not by piece. So can I enter the amount picked. For example let's say ten pallets of corn after the fact. Then in reports what I be able to see how many were picked daily, weekly, etc..

Absolutely. So a lot of times farms are interested in in paying piecework and, but they just don't know how that's going to work out. How is that going to impact their bottom line? Or let's say if I need to change my H-2a contract from hourly to piecework, I need to make sure that that's locked in. So yes, you can utilize our system to do our plus piecework.

And what that means is that I can pay my employees hourly, but I can still record production, so I'll know exactly my field total and field yield if you will, but still pay my employees hourly. And this is going to give you some historical data to build on so that next year, if you wanted to pay piecework, you can.

Or if you never want to play pay piecework, we're still going to give you that production so that you can really compare the total cost to your total production and say, is this field worth it? Should I raise my cost? Should I lower my cost, whatever it is, or I was using the wrong word for that. But I know what.

I hope you know what I was saying. But yes, you can compare that and be able to run those reports very easily. In fact, let me pull up reports real quick. So again, this is a demo account. So it's not going to be as robust as what you're going to be able to do. But production by field this is today.

You talked about looking at daily weekly monthly annually. You can pick a custom range. I'm just going to choose this year again demo account. But yes. So you're able to see the totals here. How many total pieces, how many labor hours worked, how many employees you actually had working at that location. And then by using that report builder I showed you earlier, you can really dial that in.

Love it. We had one come in last minute here if you're up for one more. So Madeline is asking if I tell my workers. Packing starts at five and people come in. They come and they clock in at 445, and then they kind of wait around. What time is their start time?

ASHLEY

Okay, that's a good question. And what it's going to come down to is is your personal preference. So FieldClock is going to capture the exact time that they clock it. However within our settings you can round to the nearest quarter hour or not. But what I do like is this when I'll pull up a job and I can show you how quickly you can edit it.

It's one of those things where if you tell everyone that they're supposed to be there at a certain time, and maybe they started before, but you're not going to pay them until that time, you're able to adjust that time as needed. Again, I'm not I'm not a lawyer. I don't specialize in compliance. So I would definitely make sure that you're talking to anyone.

You need to, as far as you know, any legality issues with adjusting times and start times, but we're able to not only tell you what exactly time, what time they started. We give you the ability to round or not, and we also give you the ability to make those adjustments across the board as well and as needed. But we will not prevent your employees from clocking out at this point.

Again, you can certainly do what you need to on the back end, and we make it easy to do that.

NICO

Excellent. Thank you. Ashley I'm going to go ahead and put that was our last question I'm going to. Oh nope. Sorry. One more question. Northern Farm Market probably the most basic question. What is the cost?

ASHLEY

That's a really great question. So what I'm going to do is pull up our pricing screen. And actually I'm really glad that you asked this to. So as I mentioned earlier, I am I, I was growing apples and peaches. I am not a salesperson by nature, so I love this. Oh, please excuse me. My daughter's getting off the bus.

We put our pricing on the website because we want to be fully transparent. Now, that being said, I love meeting with each and every one of you, and I have a number of questions that I ask, and a lot of that is understanding your seasonality, how many employees you have year round, how many do you have during peak season based on how you need to use our system and based on how many people you have and what that looks like and that fluctuation.

We're going to find the plan that's right for you. So just and another thing about FieldClock that I like is we're based off of the number of active employees you have during the month. So if I clock in in the month of March, but I don't clock in in the month of April, I'm no longer active in April.

There's nothing you need to do on the back end to deactivate me or remove me from the system, unless you don't want to give me access anymore. That being said, we offer a really great family plan. Everything that I've shown you today, all of the different ways of clocking in. It's $50 a month for up to ten employees.

When you surpass ten employees. So 1112, you'll pay $10 a month per person, just those months that they're active. So for those of you who have a really low per head count per month in your off season, this is a really solid plan. Now, FieldClock is month to month, and I love that because it keeps us honest.

And it makes sure that we are retaining your business and providing you all the things that you need in order to say happy and to stay with us. Now, if it's something where you would like more of a term or of a contract so that we can reduce that price, we have additional plans. And again, really it's how many employees you have and what your unique needs are.

But I can reduce your per employee pricing down to $7 depending on the length of time you stay with us. And I can certainly go into that a little bit more. Now, for those of you who happen to be Farm Bureau members, we also offer a Farm Bureau discount. So for, for instance, Michigan Farm Bureau members, if the family plan sounds right to you, instead of that being a $50 invoice for up to ten employees, we're going to give you a $10 monthly credit, bringing that down to $40.

And then again, for those of you Farm Bureau members as well, we are actually waiving our set up fees as well for you for this court.

NICO

Thank you. Ashley. Yeah, I saw Cole was in attendance here, so I was going to include that discount if you didn't. So thanks for coming in.

ASHLEY

We love Cole.

NICO

That was our last question though. Thank you. I did put a link to meet with Ashley in chat. If you want to just set up a quick time to talk with her one on one.

ASHLEY

Yeah. Email me, text me, call me whatever you want. There's no pressure for me, ever. If you just have a few questions, that's absolutely fine. I'm here to help answer them. If you'd like to a little bit more of a demo where we can talk about your operation, and I can show you how it would work for your come up with ideas, I'd love to do it.

It's my favorite part and I truly enjoy meeting all of you, so please do that.
